What is Market Movement? AUM changes for two reasons — fresh investor money (Net Flow) and market price changes on existing holdings. Market Movement = AUM this month − AUM last month − Net Flow. ▲ Green means existing holdings gained value. ▼ Red means market prices fell. Mar 25 shows — as there is no previous month to compare.
All figures above are the official AMFI-computed subtotals from monthly reports — not derived calculations. Grand Total includes Open Ended + Close Ended + Interval schemes.

Debt funds are institutionally driven. Quarter-end months see heavy outflows, quarter-start months matching inflows — corporate treasury behaviour, not retail panic. Equity SIPs never stopped — positive inflows all 12 months. Gold ETF surged +211% driven by record gold prices globally.

SIP has grown 10x in 9 years. From ₹3,122 Cr in April 2016 to ₹31,002 Cr in December 2025 and January 2026 — the twin peak months of FY26. Every single financial year has been higher than the previous. FY26 is already tracking well ahead of FY25 with a month still to go.
